Our over-riding aim is to reduce reoffending and protect the public.
Like any other organisation, we can learn a lot from the complaints, comments and compliments we receive.
A face-to-face or telephone conversation with the person involved can often resolve any issues. If you are a service user, you may wish to discuss the matter with a senior member of staff.
